Conditions of Return

You are entitled to an exchange of any full priced items within 14 days of your purchase only.

• All product(s) must be returned:
• unworn 
• with all original tags still attached including hygiene stickers 

We only offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please note that we cannot make any exceptions for a refund due to your item being out of stock.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

Making a Return

To lodge a return, please email hello@shopthebasin.com.au and we will assist you through the entire process.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. The Basin is not responsible for any shipping costs related to exchanges or for any loss during shipping.

 

Sale Items 

All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
