Returns

Conditions of Return

You are entitled to an exchange within 10 days of your purchase only.

  • All product(s) must be returned:
    • unworn and unwashed
    • with all original tags still attached
    • not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder
    • free of make-up or tan marks

We only offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please note that we cannot make any exceptions for a refund due to your item being out of stock.

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, swimwear bottoms are not eligible for exchanges or returns. These are final sale items. 

Please take due care when trying on any product(s).
 

Making a Return

To lodge a return, log into your account and navigate to the returns section.

Otherwise, email hello@shopthebasin.com.au and we will assist you through the entire process.

 

 Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are not excepted unless an item is faulty. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@shopthebasin.com.au and send your item to our given address.

 

Shipping

To return your product, please email us for the returns address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The Basin is not responsible for any shipping costs related to exchanges or for any loss during shipping.
